Vitamin C cannot be produced by the human body. In nature, it is mainly found in fruits and vegetables. The need for vitamin C is greater during times of stress or when there are large fluctuations in humidity, such as during the fall or winter.
Vitamin C supports the immune system, reduces fatigue, and supports normal energy metabolism and normal psychological functions such as concentration.
Vitamin C also increases iron absorption and contributes to the regeneration of vitamin E.
Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that protects cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin C plays a role in normal collagen formation to maintain the healthy functioning of blood vessels, skin, teeth, gums, cartilage, and bones.
Quercetin is a fat-soluble plant pigment found in fruits and vegetables. It belongs to the bioflavonoids, bioactive substances, and works in synergy with vitamin C. It also increases the absorption of vitamin C.
