Adults
2 to 4 tablets per day, to be taken after meals.
As a starting dose or in case of increased need, 4 tablets can be taken per day (2 tablets after breakfast and 2 tablets after dinner).
As a maintenance dose, 2 to 3 tablets are recommended per day, taken after meals (1 tablet after breakfast, 1 tablet after lunch, and 1 tablet after dinner).
