To support joints: high-dose glucosamine, MSM, and native collagen type II preparation with lecithin and cofactors vitamin C and vitamin D.

The connective tissue consists of water, type II collagen, and proteoglycans. Sufficient glucosamine is needed for the production of proteoglycans.

Ingredients per tablet:
Glucosamine hydrochloride (vegetarian), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), microcrystalline cellulose (filler), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), calcium carbonate (colouring agent), magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), soy lecithin, native collagen type II, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (glazing agent), polyethylene glycol (humectant), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
The glucosamine hydrochloride used is a stable product. It has a number of advantages: it contains a very high level of glucosamine and is of plant origin, making it well tolerated by people with shellfish allergies. Glucosamine is an amino sugar, a natural substance that our body can produce itself. As we age, this synthesis decreases. The optimal dose is 1500 mg per day.
MSM or methylsulfonylmethane is a natural source of sulfur. Sulfur is present throughout the body and is very important in many bodily processes.
Native (undenatured) collagen type II retains its original structure. Collagen fibers are proteins in the body that provide structure, cohesion, and strength.
Vitamin C and vitamin D3 are cofactors.
Posology
Posology: Take 2 tablets daily, 1 hour before eating or 2 hours after eating.
