Composition
Per softgel: active ingredient: 440 mg fish oil, coating: 147 mg fish gelatin, active ingredient: 130 mg chia seed oil, humectant: 61.4 mg glycerol (E422), 10.4 mg purified water, antioxidants: 0.44 mg tocopherol-rich extracts (E306), 0.114 mg rosemary extracts (E392).
Posology
The recommended daily dose is 2 softgels per day, before meals (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening). If required, this dose can be increased to 4 softgels per day, before meals (2 in the morning and 2 in the evening).
